This release includes software and drivers for Intel PRO/100, Intel Gigabit, and Intel 10GbE network adapters and integrated network connections. This package contains software and drivers for preboot environments including UEFI drivers, Intel Boot Agent and iSCSI Remote Boot images. The Intel Ethernet Flash Firmware Utility (BootUtil) is a utility that can be used to program the PCI option ROM on the flash memory of supported Intel PCI and PCI-Express-based network adapters and to update configurations. BootUtil replaces older utilities and provides the functionality of the older Intel Boot Agent, IBAUTIL; iSCSI Remote Boot, ISCSIUTL; LANUTIL; and FLAUTIL utilities that were found in the PROBOOT, ISBoot, and, PROEFI web packs.
